Chicken Hoisin Sauce

2 lb ground chicken
1 tsp salt (add more if needed)
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp minced ginger
6 garlic cloves
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 medium onion
1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
- For Sauce
2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp Sriracha hot sauce (add less for mild)
Directions
- Preheat the pan and add olive oil.
- Once hot, add ground chicken into a pan and let it sear for a few minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Once chicken is half way done, add diced onions, chopped bell peppers, minced ginger and minced garlic.
- Stir fry for a few minutes. Then add in Hoisin sauce, soy sauce and Sriracha hot sauce.
- Mix until combined and adjust salt and black pepper if needed.
- Serve over warm jasmine rice and steamed vegetables on the side.
