4 bananas
2 eggs
10g vanilla
50g coconut sugar or maple syrup
115g almond flour
115g oat flour
1g salt
3g cinnamon
10g baking powder
120g dark chocolate
Directions
- In a large bowl, peel and mash bananas. Then add eggs, vanilla, and coconut sugar. Mix until combined.
- Add in almond flour, oat flour, salt, cinnamon and baking powder. Mix well.
- Lastly, add chopped dark chocolate and mix well.
- Add mixture in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. I use 9x5x2.75 Inch.
- In preheated oven, bake banana bread at 350F for about 40-50 mins or testing by insert a knife and it comes out clean.
