Ingredients

  • 20 Dates

  • Toasted pecans

  • Almond butter

  • 2 bar of dark chocolate (230g) more if needed

Directions

  • Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit.
  • Press pecan into each date.
  • Fill the center of each date with a spoonful of almond butter and gently close the date a little bit.
  • Dip each stuffed date into melted dark chocolate until fully coated.
  • Place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened.
